CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the following policy for being late or needing a cancellation. We understand that life happens. While we do not charge a cancellation fee, we kindly ask that you notify us directly as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Prompt communication allows us to offer that time to another client. If you arrive more that 15 minutes late, you will be rescheduled. This ensures we can provide every client with the time, focus, and sterile preparation their service deserves. We appreciate your respect for our time, our artists and our clients.
